| A possible reform management structure | The appropriate structure managing a reform of ths magnitude will depend on how such issues are commonly addressed. A possible structure may be something like that shown in the diagram below | |

| The steering committee | This is a political and senior management level committee established to oversee and drive the process | |
| The consultative committee | This is a proposed mechanism for ensuring that wide consultation about the changes takes place. It should be broadly representative of industry, commerce and civil society. | |
| The working group | The technical working group will be the body responsible for executing the tasks needed to reform the curriculum and the key elements in this process will be the technical working group sub committees. The working group should be lean and dedicated. It will need access to the Minister and senior management. | |
| Working group sub-committees | There will be many of these established to work on the fine details of the reform. Many will find that they may need to commission research or consultancy assistance to execute their role effectively. | |
